WHO ARE GLOBAL EXPORT CUSTOMERS ?
A 'Global Export Customer' is a: construction company, flooring store, home building center, new home builder, private home owner, renovation company that wishes to purchase our high quality products.
Please Note: We ship to all of the states throughout the USA & over 100 other countries.
GETTING STARTED
We strongly encourage all our 'global export customers' (our customers out side of Canada) to call or email us whenever you feel the need to have any questions answered; remember there is no question too big or small.
* PURCHASE MINIMUM - USA & GLOBAL CUSTOMERS
Our International Minimum Is $2,000.00 CAD (Approx. $2,000.00 USD).
Note: If you want to order 'short length' items... for example: 12 ea. oak treads, 50 ea. balusters & 4 ea. newel post, the minimum will be adjusted to $1,000.00 CAD ( Approx. $1,000.00 USD ) as these orders are easier to ship & there is no oversize fee's.

HOW TO GET STARTED
Use our web site as it is an online price book, get product information (Part #'s and Prices) on the items sell. Simply fax or email your quote - as we only accept faxed or emailed requests. We do not do 'job-lot' quotes by phone.

IMPORTANT FACT REGARDING PRODUCT ENTRY INTO THE USA
If You Are A Company/Business We Will Request Your Company Tax ID Number.
If You Are A Individual We Will Request Your Social Security Number (SSN#).
If You Don't Wish To Provide Us With SSN#, We Will Then Request Your Drivers ID Number. Then A US Customs Officer Will Call You Requesting Your SSN#.
Either way... We Need One Of These ID#'s To Ship Product Into The USA.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
Volume discount rates are determinded by each job each job is unique.
Discounts range from 0-30% off (based on the order amount & type of company).
LEAD TIMES
Stock Items: 7-10 Business Days Lead Time.
Non Stock Items: All terms/lead times will be indicated as each order is unique.
Finishing Time: 5 business days for 'natural' & 7 business days for 'stain finish'.
SHIPPING POLICY
'FOB' - CP StairMasters Inc.: All shipments are sent collect.
Bax Global Inc.: Is the shipping company we use for USA & Global shipments.
U.S. TRADE IMPORTS HS CODES
The U.S. defines products using 10-digit HTS codes. Exports codes (which the U.S. calls Schedule B) are administered by the U.S. Census Bureau. Import codes are administered by the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC).

Accepted Tender: Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, and Wire Transfer.
A Credit Card Waiver Form Must Be Completed For All Telephone/Internet Orders.
RETURN POLICY
Stock Items: 15% re-stocking fee, customer pays freight, must be returned in 30 days.
Special Order Items: No returns on custom millwork & special order products.
